PCM 04 MESH REFLECTIVE – COOLING VEST
The IZI Flexible PCM 04 MESH Cooling vest is an ideal solution for everybody working in extreme heat (over 45 degrees) or humidity conditions (over 90 %). The IZI Flexible
PCM’s change their crystalline structure from one lattice configuration to another at a fixed and well-defined temperature . Heat is absorbed or released when the material
transforms. IZI gives the customer the choice between 24 degrees or 30 degrees of flexible PCM.
IMPORTANT : IZI Bodycooling.com PCM ‘s are flexible and non-flammable . These are unique features compared to our competitors who use solid/liquid PCM’s made of a
paraffinic oil which is highly flammable & not flexible at all.
The PCM 04 MESH REFLECTIVE vest is designed for 8 pads of PCM material which need to be placed in the pockets inside the vest. For comfort reasons related to weight, the
PCM pads can be varied in weight from 250 to 150 grms per piece BUT this will have impact on the cooling properties .
The exterior shell of the vest is crafted completely with MESH fabric for functionality and effectiveness . There’s a zipper for front closure and velcro side patches at the waist
to let you adjust the fit accordingly . Additional personal protection is provided by applicated retro reflective stripes which make you stand out from the crowd, keep you highly
visible and easy to see .
